Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Delivery times below are counted from the day your order ships.
Shipping options
- Standard — 5–8 business days — Free
- Normal — 3–5 business days — $31.33
- Express — 2 business days — $67.77
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays.
Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, email support@buyiced.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
